In natural disasters, buildings can suffer damage from ceiling collapses in the interior, even in areas where the exterior appears to be minimally affected. The 'TEC Method (Quasi-Structural Specification)' does not require the installation of suspended ceilings, hanging bolts, or braces, making it easier to plan for inspections within the ceiling and the installation of ducts and piping.
